PayRight Zero Interest Payments is based on Quick, Easy and affordable payment plans offered to customers by our merchants, with Zero Interest.

PayRight zero interest payment plans are a continuing credit payment plan. We provide you with the ability to purchase goods or services today, by paying an initial deposit, with the remaining balance being conveniently direct debited. There is a simple application and best of all you pay no interest.

NOTE: The minimum deposit is determined by the approved merchant amount. Customers can nominate their deposit assuming it is above the minimum set by the approved merchant. Deposits can be paid at the time of applying. When deposits are taken from a customer’s credit or debit card, the same card must be used for the ongoing repayments.

You apply for PayRight online or in store with your nominated merchant. Your merchant will ask you for some details relating to your purchase and process commence the application on your behalf. Applications are completed online, in store or sent to you to complete yourself on your smartphone. Applications take a couple of minutes to complete and you are provided with an instant decision.

Yes, PayRight is available both in store and online with selected merchants. Enquire with participating merchants as to PayRight’s availability.

PayRight is ‘Always Interest Free’ which makes our plan really affordable. We do however have an establishment fee of up to $59.95, a monthly account keeping fee of $3.50 and a payment processing fee of $2.95

The protection of your personal information and the security our customers is paramount. We comply will all industry regulations. Please refer to the PayRight privacy policy for additional information.

Payments are taken automatically as scheduled from your nominated credit or debit card and can be taken directly from your bank account if needed.

You also have the ability to nominate a repayment date. Where a repayment date is not nominated, payments are scheduled to commence one fortnight from the date the agreement. Customers can log into their PayRight account to change a repayment date at any time or can alternatively call us on 1300 338 496.

You can update your card details by logging into your PayRight account alternatively you can contact PayRight by emailing admin@payright.com.au or calling 1300 338 496. You will also need to contact us if your card has been lost or stolen to update your card details.

If payments have not been made by their scheduled date, late fees will apply. All fees and charges are illustrated on the your ‘Credit and Repayment Schedule’. The late payment fee is up to $12.95 and will be charged as a separate fee in addition to your overdue payment. PayRight sends out welcome emails on all purchases and payment reminder notices.

Contact PayRight by emailing admin@payright.com.au or calling 1300 338 496. A late payment must be paid within 7 days or the payment plan will default.

Yes, early payments can be made. There is no penalty for making additional payments or paying out the agreement early. The payment processing fee of $2.95 will still apply for any payments made. Simply log into you PayRight account and choose how much you want to pay.

Regardless of the store in which you made the purchase, a reference to PayRight or Devizo (our previous brand name) will appear on your bank or card statement.

Please return goods to the merchant from which they were purchased and they will prepare a refund to you. All returns are subject to the merchant’s return policy.

Any amounts paid by you will be refunded back onto your nominated card and any future instalments will be cancelled. Any paid processing fees will not be refunded.

When you make a purchase, PayRight will open an account for you. You will pay an establishment fee (up to $59.95) when we set up your account. This is payable over the term of the purchase. There is a monthly account keeping fee of $3.50 which spread out over the term of your agreement and changed in additional to your regular repayment. There is also a $2.95 payment processing fee to process each repayment.

You are able to have 2 payment plans open at any given time. Your account keeping fee and establishment fee is only ever charged once however we do have a $19.95 repeat purchase fee for any additional plans.

To obtain a payout figure simply log into your PayRight Account and request a payout figure. Alternatively, you can contact PayRight by emailing admin@payright.com.au or calling 1300 338 496

Yes, if you are in default under your payment plan agreement, PayRight may take action against you to recover any amounts outstanding. Additional fees and charges may be payable in the event action is required. A Late payment fee of up to $12.95 may be charged if your account is overdue. An additional enforcement charge of $29.95 will be applied if further action is required.

Once your purchase(s) have been paid in full and your account balance is zero, you can cancel via written notice to PayRight at admin@payright.com.au. There are NO additional fees for closing your account or paying out early.

Paying a deposit won’t always guarantee a PayRight payment plan being approved. However, we will work with your chosen merchant to process your application fairly and approve wherever possible. Details of your payment plan will be confirmed to you in writing via email once the application is approved, verified and accepted by us.

You should contact the Merchant for all product and delivery related problems. PayRight only affiliates with reputable merchants and they will always assist you, and have detailed policies with regard to these issues. If you are unsatisfied with their review process you may contact PayRight for further advice or assistance.

Who can apply for a PayRight Zero Interest Payment Plan?

Anyone who is over 18 years old, is an Australian resident and obtains a regular income. The PayRight lending criteria is then applied to each application.

All you need to apply is your contact, employment, purchase and payment details. Our merchants will also ask you supply valid ID to ensure you are how you say you are. The PayRight application process may require that we contact your employer to verify your employment.

PayRight will process your application by assessing the application information, ensuring the loan is suitable for you, and ensuring that you can comfortably afford the repayments.

Your account is activated once you accept the terms of the application, repayment schedule and you have received your terms and conditions. Your account will remain active beyond the repayment of your goods unless we hear from you in writing to admin@payright.com.au

Yes, you can pay as much as you like at any time with no penalty (as long as it is more the regular amount). In order to change your repayment schedule or make an additional repayment simply log into your PayRight Account or contact admin@payright.com.au or call 1300 338 496.

Your first repayment is defaulted to a fortnight from signing your agreement. You also have the ability to nominate your repayment date to coincide with your own payment cycle.

Repayments are made via direct debit from your credit card, debit card or bank account. You may pay fortnightly or monthly. One off repayments may also be made direct with your credit or debit card or via BPAY. To make a manual payment simply log into your PayRight Account or contact admin@payright.com.au or call 1300 338 496

Your direct debit is a regular payment that is collected by us from your credit / debit card or bank account. At the conclusion of your repayment terms your account will remain active, you monthly account keeping fee will continue to be debited until we hear from you in writing wishing to cancel. Request to cancel your Direct Debit is made by emailing admin@payright.com.au or calling 1300 338 496

We will issue you bpay details on a request basis. Please contact us at admin@payright.com.au or call 1300 338 496 to obtain your bpay details.

Yes, you can change the amount, date or timing of your repayments at any time as long as you pay at least the regular repayment amount each month. To change your repayments, simply log into your PayRight Account or email admin@payright.com.au or call 1300 338 496
